Provider Spotlight: Blakeley Lewis, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

At Embrace Advanced Gynecology & Wellness, we believe in providing care that looks at the whole person—not just symptoms. This month, we’re excited to highlight Blakeley Lewis, our Family Nurse Practitioner.
Blakeley brings a strong background in both women’s health and primary care, along with a passion for helping patients feel their best through preventive care, hormone health, and overall wellness.
Education and Experience
Blakeley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from King University and began her career as a registered nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), caring for critically ill newborns requiring highly specialized care.
She then worked in Labor and Delivery and the Special Care Nursery, caring for women during pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum, as well as newborns needing extra support.
Blakeley went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at King University and became a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She spent six years in primary care, gaining extensive experience in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and whole-body wellness, while continuing to pursue her special interest in women’s health.
She also has specialized training in:
Lifestyle medicine
Mental health, including ADHD
Hypertension management
Preventive and wellness care
Care Philosophy
Blakeley is passionate about helping patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their health journey. She focuses on practical, individualized care plans that help patients improve energy, mood, and overall well-being.
A Little About Blakeley Outside the Office
Outside of work, Blakeley is a wife and mother to three boys and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her large extended family, going to the beach, singing at church, reading, exercising, and cheering on her children and siblings at sporting events.
